2. These Terms
These Terms apply to your use of our website and to any purchase of products from us.
By browsing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. The Terms in force at the time of your order will apply to that order.
3. Our Products
All products sold by The Form Co. are food supplements.
They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Our products should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. We reserve the right to change product formulations, packaging, and descriptions. We will notify customers of any material changes to existing products.
4. Ordering
By placing an order, you confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are resident in the United Kingdom• The information you provide is accurate and complete
We reserve the right to refuse any order.
If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Payment is taken at the time of order.
Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
6. Delivery
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.
7. Returns and Refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us in writing within 14 days of receipt.
You must return the goods to us at your own cost within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.
For hygiene and health protection reasons, we are unable to accept returns of products where the seal has been broken or the pouch has been opened. This exception applies in accordance with Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
We reserve the right to reduce your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced through unnecessary handling.
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at hello@theformco.uk. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
8. Liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our products or website.
If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, breastfeeding, trying to conceive, or taking prescribed medication, please consult a healthcare professional before using our products.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, trademarks and branding, is owned by or licensed to Skyrme Global Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or otherwise use any content without our prior written consent.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from them are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
If you are a consumer residing in the United Kingdom, this does not affect any mandatory rights or protections available to you under UK consumer law.
